Cancellation and Postponement Policy
All cancellations or post ponements must be confirmed in writing and emailed to registration@aahefa.org. Cancellation 10 to 5 business days prior to the event will attract 30% cancellation fee. Cancellation received less than 5 business days prior to the event will result in a 50% cancellation fees. 30% interest will be levied on any outstanding invoices more than one month. You are however welcomed to substitute your attendance with an appropriate qualified colleague.
General Notes
In the event of unforeseen circumstances AAHEFA reserves the right to change the speakers, the venue and dates. Delegates will be notified of changes or cancellation of events not later than 5 business days prior to the event and all paid up invoices will be fully refunded in a case of cancellation or credited to another event within 6 months.
