Past Event: HELB Hosts Delegates from Malawi and Botswana Students’ Financing Agencies

Higher Education Loans Board once again received high profile guests from the students’ financing agencies in Botswana and Malawi. The four delegates from Malawi and one from Botswana came on a study tour with the Kenyan students’ financier barely three weeks after the HELB hosted two delegates from the Ugandan counterpart. The Higher Education Students’ Loan & Grants Board (HESLGB) from Malawi delegation was led by the Board Chairman, Mr. Geoffrey Gachuku Chipungu while Mr. Morake Sankie Matlhaga represented the Human Resource Development Council from Botswana.
